CIA Insurance's website allows customers to buy online, although we believe in talking to our customers to determine their needs, as often we have special rates that are not always available online.

What to do if you have a complaint
Our aim is to treat our customers fairly. If however, you are not entirely satisfied, please write to the Customer Services Manager, CIA Insurance Services, Inwoods House, Ashlawn Road, Rugby CV22 5QF.
If we cannot resolve your complaint to your complete satisfaction, you may refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
Your right to compensation
CIA Insurance Services is covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of insurance cover and the circumstances of the claim. Most insurance contracts are covered for 100% of the first £2,000 and 90% of the remainder of the claim. Further information about compensation scheme arrangements can be obtained from the FSCS.
Payment for our services
CIA Insurance is normally paid a commission by the Insurer for arranging the policy. You will be charged a fee for our services when your policy commences, at renewal, when mid-term adjustments are made, including the replacement of lost certificates and if you cancel the policy before the end of the term of the policy.
